Bloom

How do you cope with every-day life?

Bloom is an interactive self-appraisal tool

to find out and increase awareness.

How it works

Aging means learning to cope with changes.

Filling in the questionnaire once a year can increase

the awareness of alterations in lifestyle or independence.

The bloom subdivides coping with every-day life into

6 different areas - represented as the petals of the flower.

Municipalities or institutions who integrate the application

into their services can recommend services, links,

or information for each of the 6 areas.

People who use the app can thus find

personalized recommendations and services.

What has changed? How can I act? Are there services that can support me in coping with every-day life?

Self-determination also means asking for advice and help when needed.
